Hatha Flow Yoga

Our Hatha Flow class is suitable for beginners and those who have tried yoga before. We warm up slowly and connect with our breathing. We build up to a sequence of poses and then take a longer-held supported pose before settling down into a restorative guided relaxation. Each class has a different focus whether that be a particular pose or area of the body or the breath but every week we look after our bodies by warming up the spine and gently building back strength to help improve posture and reduce back pain.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is an adaptive practice suitable for those with limited mobility. This class offers gentle movements and stretches designed to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and promote relaxation in a supported way.

Community Events

Yoga with Linda offers community events throughout the year. These events include special themed classes & social gatherings after class at poignant times of the year. These are lovely opportunities to check in, share experiences and feedback. Yoga is a personal journey it is different for everybody.
