About me

I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years now. It all began here in Taunton where I am from but has accompanied me throughout my life as I moved to University and the many years in London since. At the start of 2023 I took the plunge and traveled to India to take part in a 200hr Yoga Teacher training course. It wasn’t until then that I realized I wanted to teach. So I moved back to the Southwest to start a new life.

Yoga has brought many benefits to my life; physical and mental. There are the physical benefits of having long flexible muscles that help me avoid injuries when running or playing sports. Greater mental strength, focus and concentration; overcoming the mental challenge of holding poses that may at first seem impossible. Best of all a steady yoga practice will encourage you to connect with yourself. Getting to know myself and what I need; when to give and when to take is the greatest gift and liberation. Yoga can support us through all the seasons of life providing comfort, an outlet or a space for us just to be.
